What you need to know about MileagePlus Gift Registry.

Give Miles cost $35 per 1,000 miles plus a 7.5% excise tax	Mileage rates and other applicable fees are subject to change	Miles are non-refundable
Credit card will be billed immediately for purchase	Transfer Miles cost $15 per 1,000 miles	A minimum of 20,000 and maximum of 500,000 miles allowed per registry recipient account per calendar year
Buyer may purchase up to 100,000 miles for a registry recipient account	Allow 48 hours for miles to process and post to the MileagePlus recipient account	Miles do not count toward elite qualification
All MileagePlus Program Rules, plus terms and conditions, apply	Buyer may transfer up to 100,000 Transfer Miles to a registry recipient account	A Minimum Give Miles or Transfer Miles transaction of 2,000 miles
