Reinstatement Miles
Now you can reinstate some or all of your expired Mileage Plus miles.
- Purchase up to the total amount that had expired (only miles expired in the last 12 months are eligible)
- Credit card will be billed immediately for purchase
- Program fees and mileage rates subject to change
- Reinstatement Miles cost $0.0125 per mile (includes 7.5% Federal Excise Tax) plus a $25 processing fee
- Miles are available up to the total amount that has expired
- Allow 72 hours for miles to process and post to your Mileage Plus account
- Transaction is non-refundable
- Miles do not count toward elite qualification
- All standard Mileage Plus rules and conditions apply
