Participation in the Transfer Miles program ("Transfer Miles Program") is subject to the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of the Mileage Plus program published from time to time ("Program Rules") which are available at www.united.com, and the terms and conditions stated herein, as such terms and conditions may change, from time to time with or without notice. The Program Rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. Mileage Plus Holdings, LLC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to approve or disapprove a MileagePlus® program member's ("Member"), participation in the Transfer Miles Program.

1. By completing and submitting the accompanying order form ("Order Form") or by providing your credit card number for the transfer of MileagePlus miles ("Miles") for posting to another Member's MileagePlus account, you acknowledge and accept the Program Rules and the terms and conditions stated herein, as such terms and conditions may change, from time to time. You also acknowledge that there are applicable fees and mileage rates associated with the Transfer Miles Program and agree to pay these fees and rates. A Member may transfer miles to a maximum of 3 people in one transaction. Once a mileage transfer is requested, all fees and mileage rates are non-refundable. ANY TRANSFER OF MILES PURSUANT TO THE TRANSFER MILES PROGRAM IS FINAL.
2. All requests to transfer Miles from one Member's account to a recipient Member's account orders are subject to acceptance by MPH and any applicable fees and mileage rates are subject to change. An order will be deemed accepted by MPH when MPH confirms the order to the transferring Member via the email address provided on the Order Form.
3. Further documentation such as a copy or pdf of the member's passport or other government-issued photo identification may be requested to validate transfers of miles.
4. Your submission of an Order Form and credit card number for the transfer of Miles authorizes MPH, or its agent, Crew Marketing International, Inc. ("Crew"), to charge the credit card that you provided under the Transfer Miles Program for the amount stated, based on the number of Miles you are requesting to transfer. All charges and related handling fees for Miles transferred through the Transfer Miles Program website should appear on your monthly credit card statement. In the event of any mileage or financial discrepancy, payment calculations under shall be based upon data maintained by MPH or its agent, and the data in the records of MPH or its agent shall take precedence over the data in any other records.
5. All amounts paid by the Member under this Agreement are exclusive of sales, use or privilege taxes, or tax-like charges, fees or similar liabilities and MPH shall not be liable for such taxes, charges or fees. Miles are sold in U.S. dollars. Fees associated with the Transfer Miles Program are non-refundable.
6. Miles can be transferred in increments of 1,000, with a minimum transfer of 2,000 Miles per recipient, to up to 3 recipients per transaction.
7. Transferred Miles do not count toward Premier status qualification.
8. All mileage transfers are final and cannot be reversed. Each Member is limited to transferring no more than 60,000 miles per calendar year from his/her account and no recipient may receive more than 15,000 miles from any other MileagePlus account or combination of accounts in any calendar year. Any Miles beyond this limit will not be transferred from Member's account or posted to any recipient's account, even if payment has been remitted for such Miles and MPH has no obligation to reimburse such remitted amounts.
9. The transferred Miles will automatically be deducted from your MileagePlus account and deposited into the MileagePlus account you identified within 48 hours. In order to transfer miles, an intended recipient needs be enrolled in the MileagePlus Program and have a valid MileagePlus account number and email address. Both you and the recipient will receive email notifications of your transfer, listing you as the person who transferred the miles. When you provide the email address of an individual to whom you are transferring your Miles, MileagePlus will send an email to that individual that will include information about the transferred miles along with your name and email address and you grant to MileagePlus or its agents consent to use your name and email address for the purpose of sending such email to the individual to whom you are transferring your Miles.
10. Any improper usage of Miles shall be grounds for immediate confiscation and forfeiture of such Miles, and may be grounds for the forfeiture of all Miles in the Member's account and the Member's expulsion from the MileagePlus program.
11. The Miles transferred through the Transfer Miles Program will expire according to the then-current Program Rules.
12. Miles accrued, awards, and benefits issued are subject to change and are subject to the rules of the United MileagePlus program. United may change the MileagePlus program including, but not limited to, rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers or terminate the MileagePlus program or Transfer Miles program at any time and without notice. Bonus award miles, award miles and any other miles earned through non-flight activity do not count or qualify for Premier® status unless expressly stated otherwise. United and its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other participating companies and partners. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the member. The accumulation of mileage or Premier status does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to the program.
